I live close to this location and only go because it is so close to my home. The workers here are always rude, and they all look sad and depressed to be there. The used to have a self check out which was really convenient when you would need to make small purchases but they recently removed it and replaced it with a 10 item or less lane. Last night I came to this location to only purchase a loaf of bread. They had 3 lanes open and one of them was the 10 item or less line. Her checkout lane was lit up and showed no indication that she would be closing the lane anytime soon. So I wait in line for at least 10 minutes until I am told by the clerk that the lady in front of me is her last customer and that I would need to go to another line. I look over to see the other check out lanes and they are all filled with people. I decided to leave and not make a purchase here. It would have been basic customer service to let me know before I waited in her line that she would be closing or she should have just allowed me to wait since I only had one item to purchase. This location provides the same customer service as Walmart does, they don't have any!
