This is the worst experience I've ever had with a tow company. Shady business practices all around. Towed one of our fleet vehicles back to our office and then proceeded to fleece our employee. 1st citing one cost for towing, then once the employee agreed, that price mysteriously increased again and again. Finally, they priced it out of the funds the employee had on hand. This lead to them towing it back to their impound yard and then effectively doubling the cost. When we went to pick it up the next day, they informed us they only take cash. They informed us that everyone knows they only take cash. Because that is what all reputable operations do, run on a cash basis. So in summary, if you are looking to be gouged by people with terrible attitudes looking for ways to empty your pockets, then Valley Towing is your best bet.
