Had to bring our fleet vehicle here due to the initial pickup location closing at noon as vehicle was not given to us in a clean state. Staff went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue with cleaning our vehicle correctly. I waited about an hour and when I received the car I was still not satisfied. Previous renter of the vehicle appeared to have lived in the car (with a pet and 2 kids) so plenty of toys, goldfish, Similac stains on the door (yes, Similac milk as we found the bottles). I do appreciate them taking the vehicle back and one of the assistant managers jumping in to assist and clean. During my time waiting, i listen and watch the staff interact with all the people coming in and they were genuinely concerned to make things easy and right for people.
I would rent from this location if needed.
