Yep. I have literally dealt with every shipping company and every level of service they offer, international and domestic, and even worked for and managed a shipping facility for a few years.
OnTrac, is by far, by far, the worst I have ever had to deal with. A note to retailers (Amazon, Newegg) that use this service... if you continue to do so, I will discontinue buying through you. OnTrac is actually terrible enough that I genuinely worry about every single package they have in their system. They are NEVER on time. Never have been, not once. They have NEVER delivered a package to my actual address, just either a neighbors house, or, the front yard, or sometimes not at all. The tracking they provide is minimal and inaccurate. I can't possibly have anything more negative to say about a company.
