I was not impressed by this place. First of all I was greeted by 4 different people who made sure to let me know that they are 100% plant based. A bit repetitive. When asked, the waitress had zero knowledge of what was in the dishes. The food that we got was comprised of noticeably familiar processed faux meats. The gnocchi was definitely not homemade, the peas and carrots were the frozen kind (you can tell by the perfectly square carrots) and the sauce managed to have zero flavor. The side of fries with the Daniel negreanu were 4 very large pieces of precooked and then reheated potato wedges. I also was not a fan of the curry ketchup. Initially I wanted to order a side of fries with my meal but it was absurdly overpriced at a whopping 5 dollars. Seeing the portion size on my friends plate, I am glad I did not order them. I really wanted to like this place, but I do not want to dine at a place that serves frozen and reheated foods from the grocery store that I could just make myself at home. Being a chef, I was really hoping for fresh, scratch made, organic vegan fare. I also think this place pays for yelp reviews.
