When they say VIP service, they really mean it! We recently bought a car here, and they have the most unique set up for service! They have a barista, a snack bar, iPads, TV's and tons of reading materials to use while you wait in the leather loungers!
Even better than that is you don't even have to go to the dealership if you don't want to. Beyond the great lounges, they have a great loaner car system for the day your car is in service, or even better, they drive to your house or work, pick up your car and bring it to the shop themselves... And return it after!!!! Are you kidding me??
Lexus is an amazing product and paired with this level of service, it can't be beat!
