I want to start by saying that we have a brand new 2017 jeep with no kids and we don't smoke, a showroom clean should not have been that difficult. Paid $350, had to have them rewash it after inspection, the rims were still covered in break dust, bugs on the front and sap on the roof. They rewashed it only after I insisted. The interior was very well done everything was oiled and the seats were steam cleaned. I'm not sure why they felt the need to adjust the lumbar support to move the vehicle from A to B.
I do not feel that the check-in associate was very forthcoming with the services rendered.
Will not be a repeat customer to this franchise.
