I usually love Cheddars but this location was real bad !!!! First the drinks came out and she forgot which was Coke zero and Diet Coke! Then we ordered Chips and salsa and our main dishes came first! We were done with our main dishes so I said just forget the chips!! My son wanted ketchup and the first bottle was empty, then they gave us another bottle and that was empty too really! When the refills came for drinks she mixed up the Diet and Coke Zero again, and she had only 2 drinks! They have changed the chicken breading and I like the old receipt better! Pretty disappointing Cheddars I hope someone in corporate straightens this place out!!
But I did speak to Mike about my experience and he was very nice and I will them another shot!!!
