A friend and I walked into PetCo to quickly grab a bag of dog food, not knowing it was almost closing time. As we waked in a woman with short grey hair and glasses was standing at the entrance. She was very rude when she said "we're closing in a few minutes." My friend and I apologized, the woman then said "well is it going to be quick? Because we're closing." My friend stated we were there for a bag of dog food, we knew the brand already. The woman repeated that they were closing and stood in our way of entering, she had a very rude tone and told us to leave. We apologized, thanked her and walked away. I was in shock about how rude she was and what poor customer service that was. If she had a kinder tone I would not have had a problem at all, but she was so rude it really irked me. This is not the first problem I've had with this store, many of the older employees are rude. I will not be returning to this store.
