Not a huge fan of this location. Staff is not to helpful or friendly. Store is on the smaller side for H&M and doesn't seem to be stocked well or kept up. The kids section upstairs is the worst, we couldn't find hardly anything in the sizes we were looking for and the clothes were not organized and in the right areas. It felt more like shopping at a Ross or Marshall's, just rustling through racks hoping to find what you are looking for.
Another visit was to exchange some pants that I purchased online, because they didn't have my size in the store (again, not stocked well). They wouldn't do an even exchange for another item, because of the on-line discount. I ended up just having to get my money back and purchase the pants again on-line.
I suggest going to the H&M at the Forum Shops.
