One star, simply because I cannot put zero stars (Hear that enough). I brought the car in for an alignment, and an oil change. Biggest mistake was allowing this store to even lay a finger on my car. My car was had an appointment at 10am, and was not finished until 3:45. The location closes at 4, and I was told that I will need to get here as soon as possible, because they close at 4. I rushed to the location and received my car. Signed the paperwork, that totaled 101 for an oil change itself. I walk out to my car, and there is oil stains on my driver seat, the door, and the center console. My car's interior has light grey cloth. Im warning you, no matter how good the deal sounds- it's NOT worth it. Take your car somewhere reputable. The worst part is I have doubts they even changed the oil. Within all of this, the only one of them who seemed to have any common sense was Troy. I'm sure my attitude was very harsh, yet he managed to stay professional about the whole thing.
