I was in a rush and needed to get my eyes tested - I was leaving a company and wanted to get my glasses/contacts before I left (max out the benefits, you pay into them - soooo) I knew that there was an eye doctor near my office under the Bay. I made an apt and went in.
The receptionist was the sweetest girl in the world! She was so polite and answered all my questions.
The doctor on the other hand was a JERK. He was arrogant and rude. He tested me with my glasses on.....never had that done before....but who am I to judge, I'm not a doctor. Apparently he wanted to do that to see what the difference would be - and to ensure that his testing was correct....make sense, but it's weird!
He told me he was going to dilate my eyes, as I had been having head aches.....cool - he's being through. He neglected to tell me there was a charge for this. So when I went to pay it was more then what I had agreed to....I told them I wasn't paying for it as I was not told of the additional cost. They didn't charge me, but he proceeded to attack his receptionist IN FRONT OF ME about it! It wasn't her fault, it was his!
HORRIBLE DOCTOR! NEVER GO TO HIM.
