I attended a basic pole dance fitness class with some girlfriends. This is one kind of fitness I have never tried to do before. Being that I am a decently fit individual who works out weekly, I thought this would be a breeze. It most definitely is not. The moves were somewhat challenging, yet they incorporated fun, sexy moves into them. The instructors thoroughly show how to do each move. It was more fun for me to watch the experienced instructors to see how these moves are accomplished. If this was my kind of thing, I think I would have liked it more, but I think ill stick to yoga and running.
