This is one of the places I considered moving to when I was leaving Vantage. For how patient LaCie was with me, and how nice Ricki was, I would give it 5 stars...but I believe in business, the culture is built from up top. The managers were so impersonal during what was supposed to be my move in process. I filled out my app at home and was given another to fill out in person and I let the leading staff know I would go get it so I didn't have to do it for a 3rd time(I initially applied online) The manager comes storming out saying I could not leave without filling it out because that is the only way my app would be valid. I understand wanting to flex your corporate muscles but that was a bit petty.
After reserving the unit, I went on a final tour with my neighbor at the time, and even she noted the attitude of another manager. She was nonchalant and cold at best. It seemed she was trying to convince us not to lease lol I've learned quality service is hard to find in this town but I couldn't shake the unwelcomed feeling so when I finally left vantage I had to skip out on Dream. Especially with the amount of units without a promise to keep security around after construction was over.
Nice interiors though! I fell in love with the floor plans over and over again.
