Came to get a pedicure. The pedicure was fine. Then we went to pay. They ran my card and then said it "didn't go through on their end" even though in my bank app the transaction clearly went through. Then they said they'd run my card again and we could "come back" to get the double charge. What the hell? I showed them the charge on my phone and still they refused to believe the money was taken. They don't know how to use their own CC machine and so I get double charged.
So they ran my card again and it was declined because we told them it wouldn't go through. They asked for *another* card. No sorry. I'm not giving you yet another card to say didn't run correctly and get double charged.
