Willow Ridge is a horrible apartment complex. I lived at Willow Ridge many years ago and experienced flooding in my bedroom during a couple of major rain events in the area. I figured this bad experience had to be a simple fluke and chose to move back recently. Well that was a HUGE mistake. The "renovated" apartment that I lived in was grossly overpriced ($200 more than what they had previously charged for a similar 2BR 2 BA) and it was occupied by an abundance of nasty bugs (daddy long leg spiders, silverfish, centipedes & huge black ROACHES or water bugs were everywhere & fought to share the space) Allergies aren't normally a problem for me however they were out of control my entire lease due to the black mold that you could both see and smell. Maintenance was called often and only did the bare minimum to fix issues...I could go on & on. Run (don't walk) away from this apartment complex!
