I have gone to this location a handful of times. I do like the selection of clothes they have to offer, but the customer service is always bad! There have been several times where I have waited in very long lines, and none of the employees acknowledge you. I even wrote to the store to give them my experience, and was only given a justification on why they weren't able to have more than one person ring someone up, and how this location has "only" been open for 2 years. This is an absurd excuse for a lack of customer service. I was even given detailed information on how they run the store, which is why they only have one person ringing up each customer. That's great, but it would have been nice to know that I wasn't being ignored, and that they wanted my business. You start to wonder if you're even in the correct line, and there are only two lines (one for check-out and one for selling). And they are more attentive to those who are selling, than those who are actually buying.
