Some of the fresh produce seems old and the prepared food looked old. The pharmacy was fast and had my prescription ready on a Saturday! They were very nice. The store is laid out oddly and doesn't have a big bakery. I have to agree that the entrance is weird.
Also when I checked out and put my stuff on the belt the cashier asked whether or not I had a case of water.Which I thought was odd since it was on the belt. She peered over the cart to check.It just seemed odd to me that she would do that. Never had that experience before. I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal one or what but very strange.
I don't ever go to this giant eagle because its in an awkward location and I only went here to fill a prescription since they stayed open late. I can't say I would go back to this one. I would rather drive to Fox Chapel or Robinson to the nicer Giant Eagles.
