Went to pick up dry cleaning yesterday about 2 hours early and asked if it was by some slim chance there... I was told no by Richard. I asked if he would look just to verify and he said "no". I asked again if he could please check just on the off chance and was again told "no, and I won't check come back after 4pm". Went back at 4:35pm, because it was supposed to be back after 4 pm & it still wasn't in... had to go back a 3rd time to pick it up. I have never had such poor customer service & very a rude clerk in my life. I will never use this dry cleaner again. If I could give it a zero rating I would? It's not even worth 1star!
