This is a simple review. They offer a great product but their prices and customer service are poor at best. The THIRD phone representative I spoke with about my expensive services was the only shining star. Everyone else with the addition of the gentleman who I dropped my equipment off was not helpful and un engaging. So glad Verizon finally moved in
