So after I had my horrific experience with Anjolique, I came onto yelp to write a review and warn all of the brides out there to NEVER come here to get your dress. I get a comment from the owner of the shop, basically trying to save her butt and make her business sound like this amazing exerience that in fact, it is not. Then, a couple of days after my wedding, I get a call from a blocked number. I never answer blocked calls so I let it go to voicemail. I check the message and it is from Anjolique, saying that I have an invoice left on my account that they had a question about. Naturally I call back because I think that there is something wrong with my account. Well when I call they start talking about my review on here that they saw! They had no interest in talking about my account, they were just trying to save their butts! Basically they wanted to intimidate me into taking my review down. I cannot believe that these people would scheme this much. They need to just accept the fact that their methods of customer service are awful! Instead of harassing your clients, why don't you step back and try to change. Sorry for the rant but this really upset me. Please take my advice and NEVER go here!
