When I want reliable work and don't mind paying a little more, I go with Stevens. Yes they do charge more than what is reasonable, but thus far their work has been tremendous. Upon purchasing our house, our first two water bills were over 400. We didn't live in the home at the time and gave Stevens permission to enter and fix the problem. 1200.00 later they replaced two toilets and our bill was back to normal. They have also installed a water softener for us and fixed a toilet. They do the job right, but do charge more. There are so many scam artists in the valley that sometimes its just worth the money to get it done right.
