A coffee gem on The Strip! I'm a huge coffee aficionado so I get very critical with my coffee (even though I don't mind Starbucks as a quick caffein fix when I needed it). After living in the coffee capital of the world, their coffee comes Close to those in Rome. I had their iced latte with a chocolate croissant for breakfast. The coffee that they used was excellent. It was not bitter and it did not taste as if the bean was burnt. Right away I could tell it was an Arabica bean from Brazil (Roman coffee uses a lot of Brazilian, arabica beans). The flavor of the coffee was a caramel taste with a minor hint of a semi sweet chocolate. I was an amazing drink. I so want to try their cappuccinos and caffè next time I'm here. The pastry was good. The chocolate croissant was a little cold and I would have loved if they had warned it up. However, that was so minor. My friend had the ham and cheese croissant and that was phenomenal. Overall, coffee lovers come here!!! I ended up buying 2 bags of coffee to take back to la cuz it was that good. You guys are amazing. Props! Can't wait to go back to Vegas to drink some of your coffee.
