i've been trying to get an appointment with them for my boyfriends 2 dogs , i live literally down the street every time i call no answer and the answering machine says they will call me back if i leave my name and number i've called so many times already and still no appointment or even a call back how do you run a pet shop but don't even answer the phone to set appointments ? i heard a lot of positive things about this pet groomer shop and i just want a simple puppy cut for my two dogs.
