I don't generally give feedback but this was such a bad experience that I really do have to this time. I ordered and appliance and when the delivery crew showed up one of the guys was beyond rude. Lots of vulgar language came from him, offered help thinking he had really bad day and trying to understand his side but he was very aggressive. The team member I bought the fridge was told I had steps to house but I guess he didn't notify driver which made him even more aggressive because the fridge almost fell on him when he was going down which anyone would be upset which is why store should let drivers know. He was loud and throwing stuff after that but his attitude was very mean and vulgar much before that. Honestly I understand they have tough job but should not take out on consumer.
