My husband and I were looking for a good used car as we just moved back into the country and let me tell you, we got a fantastic deal!
I must admit that I was a little nervous walking into a high end car dealership to buy a used car. We had been shopping around at a few other dealerships and as soon as the sales person realized we weren't buying anything too expensive they lost a bit of interest in helping us. That was definitely not the case at this dealership. Everyone involved in the process treated my husband and I like they really wanted to earn our business regardless if we were buying a $10,000 car of a $80,0000 car.
Carlos Brasil and Richard are amazing! They had so much patience with all of our questions and doubts. Also, it was really nice that Carlos speaks Brazilian Portuguese so my husband and I could really discuss exactly what we wanted and needed.
We will definitely be back in the future for our next car (hopefully for a brand new Audi next time ;) )
