While the salesperson was polite and courteous he knew very little about the car, its options and how everything worked; he has since left the dealership. Overall, the sales people appear to need more training to ensure they are current with all models and options. However after escalating my issues to customer service, they stepped in, answered all of my questions and resolved everything to my satisfaction.
