Roach infested. Although they offer you pest services weekly, who wants that done EVERY week. Getting their pest service every week still doesnt do anything if you arent doing every unit especially whens its that bad !!
I was in a newly renovated unit and was the first one to live in it with new appliances and all . STILL ROACHES EVERYWHERE.
Smells like weed... ALLL THE TIME.
And every car down our street was broken into at one point.
I moved out the end of Feb 2018 and its been 2 months since and still havent gotten a refund for my deposit!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Whatever you do please dont move in here! There are others in vegas.
