I took my Jeep here for oil change, tire rotation, fix a slow leaking tire and to fix a recall. Left the there for two days. After they said it was complete, I went back to pay and pick it up, waited 1 hour to pay and them waited 20 minutes for my car. Took the car home, several days later had the a tire go flat, upon inspection, realized they never rotated the tires and apparently never repaired the slow leak. I took the car to a Big O tires and they found a drill bit stuck in the tire and 15 minutes later back on the road . I hate paying for services and never getting them and then paying a second time.
