I was referred to John's by our next door neighbor who has been using him for years. John and his son arrived on time, and were delightful to work with. They even accommodated a mid-appointment request to clean our solar panels. Yet they didn't hard sell me when I was contemplating having the screens cleaned (I opted to hold off). They left our windows looking as good as new which brightened up our entire home. Couldn't be happier and am looking forward to being a repeat customer!
