Where do I start?
I started coming to Westbrook Medical Clinic last year when I was pregnant with my son so I have been to this clinic quite regularly. The front staff are friendly but that's where the positives end.
I always call ahead to make an appointment and almost always wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time. I always wonder how long the walk-ins have to wait. There's usually someone in the waiting room complaining to the front about how long they've waited. Once in, the doctors always seem rushed and are pretty impersonal. There is a 1 ailment policy because taking the time to talk about multiple problems takes too much of their time apparently. They can't seem to handle the current patient load yet for some puzzling reason they are accepting new patients. I'm on the hunt for a new family doctor because I just can't stand going here anymore.
