To say that Steve, from Plumbing Kings, went above and beyond what we were expecting is an understatement. I called him last night to inquire about replacing a water heater, and rather than attempting to solicit business right away, his first concern was whether we had the leak contained. He even offered to walk me through the process of draining the tank over the phone. He was upfront with prices and, even though he explained some of the extra things he offered, he was never pushy in trying to get me to purchase it. Rather than being stressful, my phone conversation with Steve was actually very pleasant.
We purchased our house brand new ten years ago, and this is the second time that our water heater has crapped out on us. Steve and Tyler showed up at our house first thing this morning.
