Check in is a joke. Rooms are not ready at check in. They claim they will call when ready but the call never comes. The hotel has 2 pools however on a busy holiday weekend they only had one open. The pool and jacuzzi was completely packed with kids. They could have had one open for adults only. The outdoor bar was closed. It seems like this place wants to go out of business. The lobby chairs are dated and filthy. The rooms have paper thin walls. You can hear everything in the hall and rooms around you. This was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I felt like I was on an episode of hotel hell instead.
