James H. has been our technician for approx 5 years. I have had various problems ranging from roof rats to ants. James always takes care of whatever is going on and seems to really know his stuff. He is such a personable and pleasant young man, and I always enjoy chatting with him when he visits. James seems to remember and care about my particular pest problems which means so much. He gets a 10 in my book.
