I wanted to provide an update to my previous review after we've recently had to move out to build a house. If I could give 6 stars...or 10 stars...I absolutely would. Moving out of Alpha Mill was such a tough decision because of the property management, our neighbors, and how much we absolutely loved living there.
The amenities are amazing. They keep BOTH dog parks in great shape and BOTH fitness centers clean and in great working order. We spent almost every weekend at the pool this summer and almost every night grilling out. Management schedules all kinds of events for the residents. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. We had wonderful neighbors and will miss them terribly.
If you are looking for a place in Uptown...look no further. Property management treats you like family, paying rent/move in/move out is a breeze, and they have a huge variety of units for every preference. I cannot recommend this place enough!
