These guys were booked out past the holidays, but got me in on a cancellation (I appreciate that they do wait listing) in just a couple of days. The office staff were all very pleasant, waiting room was clean, roomy, and also pleasant. Dr. Woods spent sufficient time reviewing my issues and listening to my complaint. He did not seem rushed in the least, which I highly admired; I never return to any doctor who rushes in and out of the room without giving me an opportunity to ask all of my questions. The assistant in the room during the exam and taking skin samples (or shaves or whatever they called it) was really cool too. They both helped take away the stress some of us normally feel going to the dermo (you know, getting practically nekkid with a piece of paper to cover up with).
The kicker here is that I stated that I needed some skin biopsy results back by a certain date, as I needed to take them to a different type of doctor. He said he would do what he could but no promises (it was right before Christmas) and he sure delivered. As soon as he had the results back, which was much faster than I could have asked for, he called me personally with the results to make sure I had the right information to carry in to my next doctor's visit. Now THAT was impressive. I'm really happy that I found these guys. I believe I've finally found a dermo who really does care about more than collecting copays and insurance payments.
