I would have given this place 3 stars if I needed running shoes, but i needed TENNIS shoes and they sold me a running shoe stating it was listed in their book for tennis. NOT the case. When I originally asked for a specific Asics court shoe they told me it was not a quality shoe. HMM really? is that why its one of the top rated court shoes in the industry? they insisted their shoe was better. OK, so I order and pay in advance, they tell me it would be 2-3 days which then turned into 2+ wks...ridiculous. Only to get a pair of shoes that were a size to big for my foot and not supportive enough for tennis. They wasted 3 wks of court time for me with no effort to make up for that.
Brandi was always nice and helpful and the only reason I gave them 2 stars. The owner was less helpful and concerned with my needs as a customer. They really missed the mark for me. This store is a great concept with poor execution.
