Found out about this place first thing this morning from a friend who was raving about the customer service and great selection.The second I phoned Young Vision, Michelle answered the phone and made me feel so at ease. My glasses were not from their store- they were from out of the country. I explained that the frame part had been stepped on and it wasn't their glasses,she said don't worry come in , let's see what we can do. She was positive and told me the stores hours. A few hours later i drove up there, met Michelle who asked my name and was very kind. She looked at the glasses and two minutes later they were fixed and i was on my way.And she cleaned them up and didn't charge me when I asked how much. So few stores want to take a chance repairing other people's glasses. But stuff happens on the road. I will , for sure, get new glasses at this location. Just a fabulous experience. And when I had a quick look around , the selection was awesome!
