Had an appointment for a wedding rental. I knew what I wanted just needed to finally get my fiancé fitted and put in the party info. Got there 10 mins early and walked to the back. There were 3 employees and 1 other person shopping. We were greeted right away but that's where the service ended. The consultant didn't know what he was talking about, and wouldn't show me anything. He then walked away twice to help that other customer shopping and left us waiting for 15 minutes. We finally just walked out, right past him, and nothing was said. Went to the location at Carolina mall and Cheryl was amazing!!! So do yourself a favor and drive a few miles for great service and care.
