KeatsConnelly did my taxes last year and at first they seemed very helpful and very responsive to emails, etc. Then they said the taxes would be done at a certain date, then the date comes and goes, I email and am told next Friday they would be done. This goes on for two months. I finally talk to the CEO and is very nice and assures me the taxes will get mailed to me. Another two weeks, eventually I receive my taxes and I want an explanation for the charges that I will billed. It seemed excessive and I wanted a break down of the hours that it took to do my taxes. The CEO then tells me that they have been nice to me, but now they will have to start charging me for the time on the phone and the emails! I was never given a breakdown of the time it took to do my taxes.
I now had my taxes reviewed by another tax preparation service and they said none of my itemized deductions were taken off on my taxes. Oh, and last year was the first time I ever had to pay taxes. So I was not surprised that my taxes were done incorrectly so now I will pay another tax service to re-do my taxes for last year so that I can get the refund that I should have originally received.
Would not recommend KeatsConnelly!!!!! Horrible customer service!
