I had to update my review because of the sheer volume of times I go to Griffin without a hitch. This is 100% my go to joint downtown. Prices are very reasonable ($8 for a mixed drink), beer menu relatively unique (though I wish they rotated more often), and the lounge area and back room are great for a start or end to a night. It doesn't get busy until 1 or 2am, but the Griffin is still the ultimate spot downtown. The location is perfect, with the central Fremont location, and I have never paid a cover. Trust me, you'll have a good time if you stop by here for a late night Downtown go.
