I have resided here at Mandarina apartments for nearly a year (yippee kudos points on my credit is my only positive thought) ....
Don't fret my dear it has not all been horrible , but I surely see it heading down the rabbit hole . BEFORE the mandarina apartments were recently bought it I definitely would have recommended ANYONE to stay here . But now .... I urge you all to run . Let's start with the fact that the new management feels comfortable PAYING for good reviews . Thank goodness a quick dollar doesn't make my heart beat (BEWARE do not believe all reviews you read) ... what company feels it is necessary to pay for reviews ? Normally hard work and great customer service will bring those effortlessly. Anyway that's neither here or there .....
I recently had some property damaged here BY THE MAINTENANCE MAN (one of the many they now have) I brought this to the office , with video proof , and simple logic ....
To which they responded "my worker said he did not do it and they never lie" REALLY ? No one has ever known a worker to do something wrong and not want to admit it ? No one wants to pay attention to evidence ?
And my gosh don't let me start on the staffs horrible attitude and customer service , or lack there of.
If you are okay with your property you spend your hard earned money on after spending already $1000 or more for rent then yes! These apartments are for YOU !
