This review is written more as a review of their new manager, Keith. He is so incredibly helpful and is a man of his word!!! It was so refreshing to deal with someone that has such great customer service. I had a billing issue due to an employee error and have been battling with the terrible, rude people in corporate for over a week. As a last ditch effort, I decided to call the location and see if management could help at all. I was connected to Keith, told him my situation and he informed me he would be in contact with me within a few days. To my utter surprise, I received a call no more than fifteen minutes after speaking with him saying that he went up the corporate ladder and that my issue was now resolved. I thank him so much for such great service and it's solely because of him that I am not cancelling my membership with eos
