They advertise specials...then don't train their crew on how to ring you up...so they charge you full price and you don't notice till after you've left. Employees just standing around and chatting while i wait 13 minutes for a coffee and a sausage biscuit. Seriously...how do these stores stay in business?? I'm losing faith in the local owner operator everytime I walk through the doors here....
