My children went here for over 5 years and they messed up and didn't submit a bill for payment to our insurance company in a timely manner, so it was declined for payment for not being submitted in a timely manner. They ended up sending it to collections before ever calling to make us aware of the bill, when I asked why no one ever called they responded they sent a letter, I asked for the address they sent the bill too and they sent it to an old address. Well damn that's why we never responded but our numbers never changed!!! I went in to pay the bill and asked if once the bill was paid if I can make a appointment and the said they will no longer see my children as they had to send the bill to collections, I asked to speak to the offi a manager and of course they weren't in, I asked if they would please call me once she had arrived but never received a call! So, they forget to submit a payment but we have to pay $411 for their mistake and now my children need to go else where!!! Ridiculous!!!
