I went in for an oil change, which appears to be fine, thus one of the stars. The oil change included a free car wash which is all I really wanted, but the attendant upsold me on detailing waxing and shampooing my carpets in my car. He wouldn't give me an invoice or other documentation regarding our agreement which was a little odd but I didn't realize what was happening until later. An hour and a half later (he told me it would be 45 min.) I got my car. It looked good (2nd star). When I got in the car, however, it was not clean at all. The carpets were dirty, the dash and seats were not clean and they didn't clean the trunk. I was frustrated by the long wait and poor quality of the work. They have a big sign saying, "ask for help before you Yelp," which I did. I normally expect in this type of situation that the business will politely negotiate some resolution but the attitude of the staff was rude, condescending and unhelpful. Their reaction was so practiced, polished and smooth that I am almost convinced that this is their business model - upsell, promise more than the customer will receive. I recommend looking elsewhere.
