This was not the first time I had been inside this Canadian Tire but today was the most memorable in a BAD WAY...... has anyone else had their good-mood-bubble burst by a rude, uncaring, incompetent, inconsiderate cashier? I was at the self check out with my goods for purchase and had a coupon for cat food I had. The coupon was right on the bag peeled off and ready for use. Then we handed her 10 cents in CDN Tire money and she threw a fit that we were using a coupon AND 2 measly CDN tire CASH nickels! CMON! She acted like it was soooo much extra work to key in a couple of things and held the line up with her childish drama. I give two stars and not 1 like everyone else here (and likely deservedly so!) as I like the store set up and some of the clearance (red tags) items are actually a good deal. Many moons ago in high school I worked at "Crappy Tire" and I know that had I treated a customer the way we were treated tonight, I would have been shown the door pretty quickly. That cashier is just bad for business - I am too nice to mention her name. Message - If you hate your job - Quit!
