We wanted to try this place due to its good reviews on Yelp. It is 12:55 pm 3/30/16. I literally just called this place five minutes ago to schedule an appointment for my husband and my children. The front desk is not helpful at all and is so rude. I informed her that our vision insurance previously was Cigna but am not sure if it is still the same as my husband's employer did not provide insurance cards this year. I asked her if she can check and she told me that she does not know our coverage and won't try to find out. I just have to pay certain amount if it's Cigna and we'll go from there. I can't believe people would hire assholes for their front desk as usually these are their first in line customer interaction and could actually make or break their business. I proceeded to schedule an appointment for my husband for April 20th at 4 pm and then I thought, why do I have to put up with their shit, there's so many eye doctors around. I told the bitch just cancel the whole thing If I can give 0 star I would.
