I stopped in for lunch. The Guinness was properly poured but not served in a traditional pint glass.
That's as good as it gets.
I sat at the bar and had lunch. I tried to have lunch anyway. I regularly had to fight off the aggressive flies.
The burger was ok. Hard to taste the beef through all the seasoning though. Leads one to believe the product is of lesser quality. The fries were fresh cut but not double fried leaving them quite soft with no crunch.
Jack's is probably a good neighborhood drinking hole. Don't expect anything more than cold beer and casual atmosphere.
