I filed fraud charges with my insurance company. As of today 5/29/18 Dr Que has reversed all his claims. Dr. Zummo, who submitted a claim for 5 "exercise therapy" sessions (none of which happened - Dr. Zummo never, ever provided any type of "exercise therapy") and one new patient visit all on the same day 3/6/18 has not reversed his claims and he has not provided medical records to my insurance company justifying these claims despite multiple requests for these records.
